Talisha is an absolute star! This time she remembered something I've had in a lot of past orders but it was always out of stock, and when it turned up she added it to this order, knowing I would want it (and I'm confident she would have refunded if I hadn't). She doesn't just get what I ask for, she is proactive, checks in about replacements if an item isn't available, and is generally just incredible at anticipating needs and remembering my family's quirky dietary requirements.
