Exceptional service! Nikki communicates clearly when she is headed to shop, while she is shopping, before checking out and also when gives an ETA when she is headed to deliver. She even went out of her way to ask an associate when she couldn’t find an item on our shopping list and after confirming that the store was in fact out of stock of that item, she sent multiple substitution options. Will certainly have Nikki at the top of our list when we shop again!
